First Payment

Under the terms of our enrollment, your first payment must be collected upfront before we will start setting your Practice up in our system and/or with the lenders. Please use the form below to submit your first payment. Your second payment will not be due for a period of 45 days after this payment is collected. You can cancel your subscription any time before your second payment becomes due with no recourse. But if you do not cancel, you will be locked into the subscription for a period of 6 months from the date of your enrollment. All charges you see on your statement will be from Credit Technologies.
