Easy enroll options

The design behind the Cred Tech Ai technology was based primarily on input by Healthcare Professionals. As such, the fees we charge for your enrollment are very favorable and we even give you three options to meet your needs. 

This plan was designed for high volume Practices who would prefer their patients pay a lower User Fee. With this model, we charge a fee of $175 per accepted loan to the Applicant. But the reason we consider it as a subscription is that we require your Practice to guarantee three closings per month based on $175 per closing. If you do not have three closing or more in a month, we will charge you for any shortfall. 

With this model, your Practice does not pay any fees or have any commitments, but the Applicant pays a $375 fee for using our technology if they are approved and they accept an offer. 

This model was designed for a Practice who really does not want to be involved in the financing. With this model, the Applicant will submit their own application, and they will be responsible to pay all fees (including ours and the lenders). The benefit of this program is you will pay no fees and always get a 100% payout. However, this is only possible as the loan proceeds are sent directly to the Applicant/Borrower. The funds are not sent to your business.
